Liverpool defender Jose Enrique, have to pull over for 10 weeks to recover his right knee injury after undergoing successful surgery on Monday (25/11/2013).
Enrique had played on as a substitute as Liverpool beat Fulham 4-0 in the Premier League event, Saturday (11/09/2013). It was his first game after a long absence since October 2013.
"Liverpool confirmed that Jose Enrique underwent successful arthroscopic surgery to resolve the problem with his right knee," Liverpool said in a statement.
"Enrique is expected to return to full training at Melwood about 10 weeks away," continued the statement.
Enrique docked in Liverpool from Newcastle United in 2011. Throughout this season, the 27-year-old recently had six games in the Premier League.
